Our neighbor and cousin across the river has a beautiful saltwork and sustainably harvests artisan salt from wells that were once world renowned. We grow, harvest, and dry beautiful mushrooms making this blend of shiitake, Lion's Mane, oyster, and maitake and her fabulous salt absolutely delicious. It's a must for any home chef's pantry!

Lots of handmade details. Very nice packaging both presentation and shipping wise. Used it immediately in a cauliflower mushroom risotto and it was a complimentary addition to the dish.
