5 of 6 still aren't colonized enough to cut. The lions mane is half way and the bottom half of bag is dry as dust. And only weighed 5.2 pounds out of box. Got a few choc. Oysters coming off but nothing else is near ready. Ill just wait and see.
Haven't received any of the blocks yet.. FedEx said it was supposed to be delivered yesterday but the last update was from the 21st when it left Grove city Ohio. The shipment invoice said the package was only 50 lbs so im not sure if there will be another part of the order but I haven't gotten any notification for the rest of the order if thats the case. If there are 10 bags that weigh at least 8 lbs there should be at least 80lbs shipping. I understand you guys are a smaller operation and I want to support ya'lls business and cause, I just want to follow up without being a hassle especially during the holidays.
