Great price for dried USA grown oyster mushrooms. Use them in soups, grind up for sauces or gravy, or rehydrate and saute with some garlic and soy sauce, or any other way you like.
5 of 6 still aren't colonized enough to cut. The lions mane is half way and the bottom half of bag is dry as dust. And only weighed 5.2 pounds out of box. Got a few choc. Oysters coming off but nothing else is near ready. Ill just wait and see.
